For local game stores

Let customers explore. Give staff more time to help.

ScanStation is an independent commercial project building a Windows card-browsing kiosk for local game stores, starting with Magic: The Gathering. Customers search manually; a camera or automated scanner is not required.

Explore the prototype today

Search a local card catalog by name, text, set and other filters. Card images and market prices are cached when available online. A catalog match does not mean a store owns that card, and market prices are not a guaranteed store quote.

Help us test the store workflow

Inventory quantities, condition and finish tracking, CSV intake, pricing settings, and a staff fulfillment workspace have development implementations. They still need store-specific setup, reliability testing and pilot feedback before they can be offered as a production service.

Our aim is to reduce routine availability questions while keeping staff in control of stock, card selection and the customer handoff. We want to learn how your store receives cards, organizes singles, sets prices and handles requests.

What expressing interest means

Tell us about your store, request a demonstration, or volunteer for pilot feedback. We review submissions manually and may ask for information to verify that you represent the store. No submission guarantees pilot access or a release date.

Financial pledges are optional, non-binding expressions of interest. This website collects no payments, and submitting the form creates no purchase obligation.

A practical path to adoption

Before a store pilot, we will agree on the data source, devices, inventory responsibilities, backups and support expectations. External inventory synchronization and online customer accounts are planned work, rather than existing integrations.
